Abstract
The present invention discloses one kind of temperature sensitive chitosan hydrogel comprising chitosan 0.2-20 wt%, glycerin 1-60 wt% or mannitol 0.5-40 wt%, and borax 0.5-20 wt%, and its preparation process including the steps of dissolving chitosan in acid solution, adding glycerin or mannitol solution, adding borax solution while stirring, and heating the mixed solution to gelation temperature to obtain hydrogel. The temperature sensitive chitosan hydrogel is liquid at lower temperature and become gel at body temperature, and it may be applied as the injection implanted material and painted material. The preparation process has mild condition and environment friendship, and the temperature sensitive chitosan hydrogel has high temperature sensitivity, high mechanical strength, and wide application foreground in medicine carrier, biological tissue engineering, etc.
