Temperature-sensitive adhesive decalcified-bone composite tissue engineering support and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a temperature-sensitive adhesive tissue engineering material and a decalcified-bone composite tissue engineering support and a preparation method and application thereof. The levodope modified temperature-sensitive hydrogel preparation tissue engineer material and the corresponding composite tissue engineering support are used to the improvement of multiple performances: 1), carrying a large number of cells to facilitate co-culture of cells; 2), supporting protein or growth factors; 3), enhancing the adhesion to the tissue. The decalcified-bone support and the hydrogencan support different cells in use, so that the defect that the number of the loaded cells is affected due to the large pore size of the decalcified bone is compensated, co-culture of the cells can beconveniently realized, and the hydrogel can also carry proteins and the growth factors to further promote bone tissue repair; the introduction of levodopa in the hydrogel significantly enhance the adhesion between the tissue engineering support and the tissue, and the composite support is increased significantly to reach 11-18KPa.
