Abstract
Provided are a technique for regulating a JAK-STAT pathway for allowing cell differentiation, dedifferentiation, and rejuvenation, and applications of the technique. By means of a micromolecule compound combination, a cytokine combination, or a recombinant protein combination, a genome editing technique, and a transgenic technique, a gene or protein target of a JAK-STAT signal pathway in cells is regulated quantitatively and/or regularly, acquired are a rejuvenated cell product and/or a cell product of a different pedigree type. The product is applicable in cell, tissue, organ, and body reprogramming, constructing a tissue engineering material, repairing mammal tissue or organ injuries and repairing aged and degenerated tissues and organs, and delaying or reversing the aging process of cells, tissues, organs, the body, and is for use in immunomodulation for the cells, tissues, organs, and the body.
