Abstract

A teaching chip wax block die preparing instrument comprises a triangular wheel, a motor, a workbench, an X mobile bench, a Y mobile bench, a sector gear, a tooth bar, an X rotating shaft, a Y rotating shaft, a wax block die fixing mount and a perforator. The sector gear and the tooth bar are engaged to drive the Y rotating shaft to rotate. The Y mobile bench connected with the Y rotating shaft and the X mobile bench connected with the X rotating shaft are utilized for moving the wax block die fixing mount along a Y axis and an X axis. The apertures of the perforator can be changed to be different, and the perforator is a spiral perforating needle having a gap on the sidewall. The motor is used for providing power to the preparing instrument. The workbench is used for placing a wax block die. The teaching chip wax block die preparing instrument enables the number of tissue chip specimen to be increased; the application of gear occlusion technology enables the accuracy of movement of a wax block to be improved and allows the limited space of the wax block to be greatly utilized; the costs of production are low; and products prepared by the instrument can be widely applied to tumor basic research, biomedical engineering, medicine screening, teaching and other fields, and can meet demands of various users.
