Abstract
A synthesizer for constructing a compound of tissue engineering seeded cells and a scaffold is assembled by a raw material tank, an alkaline solution tank, a seeded cell suspension A tank, an air filter, a peristaltic pump, a reaction kettle, a temperature controller, a mould flow plate, a seeded cell suspension B tank, a waste fluid tank, a control valve and a flow meter. At least 5 feed inlets are opened at the top part of the reaction kettle; a discharge port is opened at the bottom part of the reaction kettle; a blender, a temperature electrode and a ph electrode are installed in the reaction kettle; a constant temperature jacket is arranged on the periphery of the kettle body; an upper jacket port and a lower jacket port are opened on the constant temperature jacket; and a layered plate, in which wire net moulds are distributed uniformly, is placed in the mould flow plate. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, high synthetic efficiency, strong expansibility and commonality. The invention can provide a matched cell scaffold production device for the large-scale production of tissue engineering products and meet the equipment requirements of the tissue engineering product production.
