Synthesis technology of biodegradable polylactic acid-glutamic acid for medical use

Abstract

The invention relates to a synthesis technology of biodegradable polymer polylactic acid-glutamic acid for medical use. The technology invention adopts 3-benzyloxycarbonyl ethylidene-6-methyl-morpholine-2, 5-dione (BCEMD for short) as a monomer for ring-opening polymerization reaction for the first time, or takes lactide as a second monomer for ring-opening copolymerization reaction. Then the obtained polymer is subjected to deprotection treatment so as to obtain a copolymer of lactic acid and glutamic acid, i.e. polylactic acid-glutamic acid, which has a molecular weight Mn controlled from 2000 to 40000, and a polydispersity index PDI of 1.07-1.41. The copolymer of the invention has wide application prospects in the fields of biomedicine and tissue engineering, etc.
