Abstract
The invention discloses a sustained-release tissue engineering membrane loaded with transforming growth factor beta 3 (TGF-beta3). The membrane is characterized by consisting of a compact layer (1) and a porous layer (2), wherein the thickness of the porous layer (2) is 200 to 300mu m; and chitosan microspheres are loaded in the porous layer (2). The sustained-release tissue engineering membrane loaded with the TGF-beta3 can achieve a good sustained-release effect, releases the TGF-beta3 sustainedly, and has a good sustained anti-adhesion effect; and meanwhile, the membrane is wide in application range, is flexible and has a good anti-adhesion treatment effect when used for orthopedics department.
