Abstract
FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has laser set, unit for detecting living tissue state under operation due to signal reflected from the operated tissue being recorded and processed to form a control signal, and control unit for controlling and adjusting operation beam parameters based on control signal. The operation beam has predefined wavelength corresponding to peak wavelength of water absorption. The living tissue is evaporated to a depth not exceeding 15-20 mcm.
