The clamp is produced as symmetrical or asymmetrical figure from biologically inert material or from material possessing the property of healing wounds like zirconium or its alloys. Clamp back is deformed to reach mild pressure applied to tissue tissues. At least one limb has stopper member for fixing the device in tissues and/or is deformable to exert mild pressure action upon tissues.
