Abstract

The present invention relates to the surface treatment method of polymer material for promoting adherent cell growth. The medical biological polymer material or formed medical utensil is set on someplatform, and the platform is computer-controlled to shift for the laser beam to scan the surface of the material or utensil to form periodical microstructure of submicron or nano size. The materialor utensil is ultraviolet or high temperature sterilized before used in cell culture, and the treated material or utensil has greatly raised cell adhering, proliferating and diffusing capacity. The present invention has the features of convenient operation, simple equipment and low cost, and may be used in improving cell culture utensil and modifying surface of material for tissue engineering and medical implantation.
