Abstract
PURPOSE: Surface immobilization of various functional biomolecules is provided to conveniently implement an artificial extracellular substrate. CONSTITUTION: Surface immobilization of various functional biomolecules is as follows. A tissue engineering supporter comprises mussel adhesive protein and bioactive substances adhered to the mussel adhesive protein. The mussel adhesive protein and bioactive substances are coated on the surface of metal. The mussel adhesive protein is protein consisting of amino acid sequence with sequence number 4.
