Abstract
The present invention relates to a support for tissue engineering and a manufacturing method thereof, which comprises an oxygen supply source inside a pore of a porous polymer fine particle. According to the present invention, a support for tissue engineering is capable of effectively supplying oxygen to cells/tissues even in an environment with low or no oxygen concentrations, increasing a survival rate of cells before growing and entering a new blood vessel inside a body, inducing regeneration of tissues/organs with respect to tissue engineering through necrosis prevention of cells/tissues with large volume, and having effects in promoting a rate of curing the damaged tissue by stably delivering cells to the damaged region for a long period of time.
