Superparamagnetic nanofiber membrane stent material, and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a superparamagnetic nanofiber membrane stent material. The stent material comprises a polylactic acid-glycolic acid (PLGA) copolymer used as a main stent body and accounting for 70 to 99% of the gross weight of the stent material, wherein lactic acid monomers and glycolic acid monomers used for formation of the PLGA copolymer are in a mol ratio of 0.1-6; and iron-doped hydroxyapatite accounts for 1 to 30% of the gross weight of the stent material. Compared with common bone tissue engineering materials, the superparamagnetic nanofiber membrane stent material obtained in the invention is free of cytokines, so complex problems in loading and release of the cytokines are avoided. According to the invention, the nanofiber membrane material is prepared by using an electrostatic spinning method and has good biocompatibility and osteogenic differentiation potential.
