Abstract
The invention relates to a superfine-pore hydrogel bracket and a preparation method therefor. Sodium alginate, calcium chloride, pure water and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) serve as main materials, pores are rapidly formed in a low-temperature and vacuum manner, the process is simple in operation, the materials are easily obtained and are low in cost, and the pore forming method is different from those for preparation of previous numerous bracket materials. The obtained material has superfine pores, meets the requirements of Skin tissue engineering on bracket materials and is good in both strength and toughness.
