Striped polylactide-caprolactone thin film with surface entrapped gelatin and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a striped polylactide-caprolactone (PLCL) thin film with surface entrapped gelatin and a preparation method thereof. The thin film combines a physical topological shape of anorientation structure and bioactive macromolecular gelatin; rapid and orientated transferring of schwann cells can be promoted. The preparation method of the striped polylactide-caprolactone thin filmcomprises the following steps: preparing a polylactide-caprolactone polymer thin film through a pouring and film forming method; introducing a stripe micro-patter on the surface of the polymer thin film by utilizing a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) template hot pressing method; after swelling a treated thin film in an acetone/water mixed solution, rapidly transferring the thin film into a gelatin water solution; entrapping the gelatin on the surface of the striped polylactide-caprolactone thin film. According to the striped polylactide-caprolactone thin film provided by the invention, the striped polylactide-caprolactone thin film is modified through utilizing a simple and feasible swelling-entrapping method for the first time. The thin film provided by the invention can be used for regulating and controlling a micro-environment of cells and is applicable to regeneration and function reconstruction of tissues of nerves, blood vessels, muscle tendons, urethras and the like; the thin filmhas a good application prospect in the fields including tissue engineering and regenerative medicine and the like.
