Abstract

The invention discloses a stretch-electricity combined stimulation three-dimensional cell culture device. The device comprises a cell incubator, a three-dimensional cell culture chamber, a cell culture chamber fixing frame, a stepping motor and a signal generator, wherein the three-dimensional cell culture chamber is fixed in the fixing frame; the three-dimensional cell culture chamber comprises a fixing nut, a fixing screw, a groove body, a fixed support, a three-dimensional cell culture, a sliding support, a sliding screw and a cover; the three-dimensional cell culture is fixed on the fixed support and the sliding support, and the sliding support is connected with the sliding screw and the stepping motor to stretch the three-dimensional cell culture and perform stretch stimulation on the three-dimensional cell culture; and the signal generator is connected with a sheet metal electrode on the cover of the three-dimensional cell culture chamber to electrically stimulate the three-dimensional cell culture. In the invention, a three-dimensional cell culture method under the combination of stretch stimulation and electrical stimulation is established by simulating the phenomenon that in-vivo cells are in a physical microenvironment in which the stretch stimulation and the electrical stimulation coexist, so that the development of cell and tissue culture methods and tissue engineering reactors can be promoted.
