Abstract
The invention discloses a stent material for bone defect restoration and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of biological material preparation. The stent material for bone defect restoration is prepared from the following raw materials including silk fibroin, tricalcium phosphate, graphene oxide compounds and miR-26A. The stent material for bone defect restoration prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that good biocompatibility and excellent mechanical property are realized; the porosity is 65 to 75 percent; the compression intensity is 0.5 to0.8 MPa; and meanwhile, the gene treatment function is realized; and the material can be applied to tissue engineering bone defect restoration.
