Abstract
The present invention provides a method of culturing a teratoma-like cell mass in conditions which are suitable for the further growth and/or differentiation of teratoma derived cells. The invention further relates to a method to produce differentiated and/or committed cells and/or tissues, their therapeutic use in tissue engineering and cell/tissue transplantation; cellular compositions comprising the differentiated cells and methods for therapeutic interventions with the cells.
