Abstract
The invention discloses a spraying and coating combined complex tissue organ manufacturing system which belongs to the technical field of tissue engineering. The spraying and coating combined complex tissue organ manufacturing system comprises a multi-nozzle spraying unit, a three-dimensional movement unit, a forming table, a forming table gesture adjustment device, a temperature control device, a sterilization device, a shell, a bracket and a control unit, wherein the multi-nozzle spraying unit is arranged on the three-dimensional movement unit; the forming table is arranged on the top of the forming table gesture adjustment unit; under the control of the control unit, the nozzles are capable of moving according to set paths and coating according to set orders; and relative angles between central shafts of the nozzles and the surface of the forming table can be changed, so that the manufacturing of complicated curved surfaces is convenient. Through the invention, various subsequent treating processes are finished while a plurality of cells and bracket materials are arrayed to corresponding positions at one time according to computer instructions; and the formed three-dimensional structures can be directly connected with corresponding circulating systems in the body so as to rapidly realize various physiological functions of complex tissue organs.
