The spray device for cell seeding can carry out cell seeding on the inner and outer surfaces of a biological vessel structure and a curved surface structure, so that inoculated cells are evenly distributed in the biological vessel structure and a curvature structure and are urged to quickly adhere to the wall and grow, the cell seeding in a spray printing mode can be used for specific layered inoculation of a variety of cells, and the tissue engineering construction of a biological vessel and the curvature structure can be achieved quickly.
