Through the promoter obtaining, conditions are created for obtaining disease and pest resistance, inverse resistance and nutrient efficient utilization type new varieties by utilizing genetic engineering, the foundation is provided for the specificity expression of the foreign gene in the root, and potential commercial value and theory and practice significance are realized.
