Abstract

The invention discloses soy protein composite hydrogel with a high elongation rate and a preparation method of the soy protein composite hydrogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating a soy protein solution to 60-95 DEG C so as to obtain a soy protein dispersion, adjusting the pH value of the soy protein dispersion to 2-10, adding a salt ion and a polymer, and carrying out a reaction for 8-24 hours under a function of heating or ultraviolet lighting, so as to obtain the soy protein composite hydrogel, wherein the mass ratio of the salt iron to a soy protein is not greater than 1:3, and the mass ratio of the soy protein to the polymer is (1:19)-(19:1). As the soy protein is adopted as a raw material, the prepared hydrogel has the characteristics of being biodegradable, environment-friendly and good in biocompatibility when being compared with conventional petroleum-base hydrogel; and the prepared hydrogel has excellent tension properties, has a single-axis elongation rate up to 3500% at most, and has potential application prospects in fields such as flexible wearable materials, tissue engineering and biological medicines.
