Abstract
The invention discloses a soracan gum polysaccharide-based cationic polymer hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The invention adopts soracan gum polysaccharide as a matrix, and N,N,N-trimethyl-3-(2-methacryloylamino)-1-propylammonium chloride is grafted onto and cross-linked with the soracan gum polysaccharide so as to obtain the super-porous cationic hydrogel with a cross-linked structureand high water absorbing capacity. The hydrogel prepared by using the method of the invention has a macroporous structure, high water absorption ability, excellent hydrophilicity and good biocompatibility, and can adsorb a large amount of drugs; and compared with conventional soracan gum polysaccharide/poly(N,N-diethylacrylamide) hydrogels, the soracan gum polysaccharide-based cationic polymer hydrogel provided by the invention is several times better in drug loading capacity and has good application prospects in the fields of drug release, tissue engineering, materials science and the like.
