Abstract
The invention discloses a solution spraying preparation method of an active biological tissue engineering stent. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) dissolving a biomedical material to obtain a biomedical material aqueous solution having the concentration of 2-50%; (2) adding an immunoglobulin solution to the biomedical material aqueous solution prepared in the step(1) to obtain an active spinning solution; (3) conducting solution spraying spinning with high-pressure air jet at the temperature of 0-37 DEG C and adopting a spinning receiver to receive spinning; (4) providing a cell printing device at the back of a fiber receiver and printing an active solution containing seed cells or cell growth factors into a fiber film prepared in the step (3) to obtain the active biological tissue engineering stent finally. The active biological tissue engineering stent can be implanted into the human body as a biological tissue engineering stent after moderately cultured in vitro culture, or can be used as a skin tissue engineering stent to promote wound healing.
