Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to display the reinforcing effects by a fiber reinforcing material in all directions while maintaining the stretchability by using a warp fabric net made of a through hole tissue formed by arranging through holes regularly as a fiber reinforcing material to be imbedded in the middle part of a soft matrix sheet based on a soft synthetic resin or a rubber as a matrix. SOLUTION: A soft composite sheet A to be used in a work for waterproofing the roof or veranda of a building, a waterstop application to civil engineering work or the like has a fiber reinforcing material 2 imbedded entirely in the thickness intermediate part of a soft matrix sheet 1 based on a soft synthetic resin to a rubber as a matrix. A PVC sheet or the like is used as the soft matrix sheet 1 from the viewpoint of adhesive properties, cost or the like. In addition, the fiber reinforcing material 2 is interposed between the upper layer part and the lower layer part and welded and joined together. A warp fabric net 12 of a through hole tissue with through holes 12a arranged all over the face is used as the fiber reinforcing material 2. Especially a warp fabric net of a tricot tissue with hexagonal through holes arranged or of a marquisette tissue with square through holes is best suited.
