23 Jul Small-sized double-injection pot biological in-vivo tissue engineering chamber
Abstract
The invention relates to the tissue engineering study field and especially relates to a small-sized double-injection pot biological in-vivo tissue engineering chamber. Hoses (3) are symmetrically connected to the two sides of the tissue engineering chamber (1), respectively, and the other end of each hose (3) is connected with an injection pot (2). A relatively independent microenvironment capable of simulating a subcutaneous microenvironment of a nude mouse is constructed in the body of an experimental animal and a tissue engineering product is put in the environment for differentiation and maturation, and therefore, a tissue engineering graft close to the normal tissue in structure, texture and biomechanical properties is provided for final clinical application; meanwhile, the pressure in the chamber can be kept constant when a seepage is extracted or substances such as a growth factor are injected and a relatively stable growth environment is provided for the constructed tissue, and therefore, an experimental result is more stable and reliable; in actual operation of subcutaneous implantation of a rat and a mouse, the injection pot is arranged inside or outside under different circumstances and stable experimental results can be obtained in either manner.
