Small biological in-vivo tissue engineering chamber with double injection pots

Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of tissue engineering research, in particular to a small biological in-vivo tissue engineering chamber with double injection pots. Two sides of the tissue engineering chamber (1) are respectively symmetrically connected with a hose (3), and the other end of each hose (3) is connected with one injection pot (2). A relatively independent microenvironment capable of simulating subcutaneous tissues of a naked mouse can be structured in an experimental animal body, a tissue engineering product is placed in the microenvironment, differentiated and maturated, a tissue engineering transplant with a structure, texture and biomechanical properties close to those of normal tissues is provided for final clinical application, indoor pressure can be kept constant when seepage is extracted or substances such as growth factors are injected, a relatively stable growing environment is provided for structured tissues, experimental results can be more stable and reliable, the injection pots are respectively internally or externally placed according to different conditions in actual operation of subcutaneous implantation for rats and mice, and stable experimental effects can be achieved.
