Abstract

The invention relates to a six degrees of freedom motion platform based curved surface electrostatic direct-writing forming system. The curved surface electrostatic direct-writing forming system includes a six degrees of freedom motion platform, a feeding system, a computer control system, a platform support, and a high voltage power source; the platform support is fixed on a lower fixed platform body of the six degrees of freedom motion platform; the feeding system is arranged on the platform support; the computer control system is connected to the six degrees of freedom motion platform; a positive pole of the high voltage power source is connected to metal of a syringe needle of the feeding system, and the negative pole of the high voltage power source is connected to an upper movable platform body of the six degrees of freedom motion platform and a ground, and then a high voltage electric field is formed between the syringe needle and the upper movable platform body. The forming system can be used for the biomedical field, can achieve spatial curved surface direct writing, can fully utilize a powerful spatial motion function of the six degrees of freedom motion platform, can accurately form a spatial curved surface having a complex shape relative to the electrostatic direct-writing nozzles, and can produce a tissue engineering scaffold having a special spatial curved surface structure.
