Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of plant gene engineering and discloses a simple method for integrally transforming soybean under agrobacterium tumefaciens mediation. The method comprises the following steps of: precipitating and re-suspending an agrobacterium tumefaciens strain carrying a target gene in a solution A to obtain a transformation liquid; treating a soybean inflorescence with the transformation liquid in the morning, noon and evening of the blooming day of soybean respectively; humidifying with a plastic bag after the treatment is finished; maintaining in the morning and noon for 3-6 hours respectively; and maintaining in the evening for 10-12 hours, wherein water is taken as a solvent in the solution A, and the solution A mainly comprises a non-ionic surfactant Sillwet L-77 of which the volume percentage concentration is 0.1-1 percent, cane sugar of which the volume percentage concentration is 3-8 percent and acetosyringone of which the volume percentage concentrationis 0.001-0.01 percent. The entire transformation process can be finished under field condition, and a transformation experiment can be performed on a large scale. The transformation process is free from the limit of tissue culturing, and the experimental time can be shortened by 3-5 months.
