23 Jul Simple and convenient nanometer electrospining regionalization method
Abstract
The invention discloses a simple and convenient nanometer electrospining regionalization method. By the adoption of a hollow pipe with smooth ports, liquid epoxy photoresist SU8 in an injection syringe is directly written on a nanometer electrospining surface supported by a substrate, a constant-current injection pump controls injection speed of the injection syringe, and a bi-dimensional motor-driven platform is adopted to form different SU8 glue graphs under the control of software. After the liquid SU8 glue infiltrates into nanometer electrospining under the action of gravity, the liquid SU8 glue is irradiated by ultraviolet light, the electrospining is fixed on the substrate, and meanwhile regions which are water-proof between each other are formed. Nanometer electrospining regions produced by the simple and convenient nanometer electrospining regionalization method provide a potential application platform for tissue engineering, regenerative medicine engineering and the like. The simple and convenient nanometer electrospining regionalization method is east to operate and strong in controllability, and the simple and convenient nanometer electrospining regionalization method can combine with novel technologies such as microfluidics easily.
