Abstract
The invention provides silver loaded mesoporous silica nanoparticles carrying PDGF-BB, and a preparation method and applications thereof, and belongs to the technical field of tissue engineering material. According to the silver loaded mesoporous silica nanoparticles carrying PDGF-BB (P-AG-MSN), silver loaded mesoporous silica nanoparticles (AG-MSN) are adopted for carrying and gradual release ofgrowth factor (PDGF-BB) capable of promoting tissue vascularization, conversion of stem cell vascularization into tissue engineering vascularization is promoted in bone shaping and remodeling process,and utilization of the bactericidal effect of loaded silve ions is realized at the same time, so that a novel idea is provided for the field of bone tissue regeneration materials, induction of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) multi-directional differentiation is realized, and a single biomaterial system capable of controlling infection potency is provided.
