Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of silk micro-fiber-reinforced bionic hydrogels. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, mixing and dissolving light crosslinking agent and methacrylic anhydride modified gelatin under the temperature condition of 40 to 60 degrees centigrade; 2, further adding silk micro-fiber in the mixed liquor obtained in step 1 and mixing uniformly;3, sucking the mixture obtained in step 2 into a mould, and placing in ultraviolet light for light crosslinking to prepare silk micro-fiber-reinforced bionic hydrogels. According to the method, silkmicro-fiber and gelatin hydrogel are used as basic material, the silk micro-fiber-reinforced bionic hydrogels with controllable physical and chemical property and high-degree biomimicry can be prepared through changing the process parameters of alkaline hydrolysis and the light crosslinking method, and the problems that the prior hydrogel is poor in biocompatibility and low in mechanical strength,and biodegradation can not meet the requirements of tissue engineering can be solved. Hydrogel material prepared through the optimization method has the advantages that the elastic modulus reaches 10to 20 kpa, and the 14-hour swelling ratio is 8.5 to 17.5.
