Abstract
The invention provides a silk fibroin emulsion droplet and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the silk fibroin emulsion droplet comprises the following specific steps: A) degumming raw silk or silkworm cocoon, dissolving and dialyzing to obtain a silk fibroin raw solution, and then concentrating, diluting and incubating sequentially to obtain silk fibroin nanofiber; C) mixing the obtained silk fibroin nanofiber solution with a water-oil mixed solvent, and emulsifying to obtain the silk fibroin emulsion droplet. The silk fibroin emulsion droplet is prepared by directly utilizing high-crystallinity silk protein nanofiber, and the silk fibroin emulsion droplet having adjustable sizes and good stability and adopting a mesoporous surface structure is formed; as a carrier, the silk fibroin emulsion droplet has wide application to the fields of chemical industry, food, medicines, cosmetics, tissue engineering restoration, biological detection and the like.
