Silk fibroin composite biomaterial scaffold and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a silk fibroin composite biomaterial scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The silk fibroin composite biomaterial scaffold comprises bacterial cellulose and silk fibroin which are crosslinked by virtue of polymerization of hydroxyl in the bacterial cellulose and carboxyl or amino in the silk fibroin. The preparation method comprises the steps of: adding silk fibroin into a fermentation culture medium; then inoculating acetobacter xylinum for culturing to obtain a silk fibroin/bacterial cellulose composite biomaterial scaffold. The method provided by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, the human labor capacity is reduced, the equipment used is decreased and the preparation cost is reduced. The obtained composite biomaterial scaffold has special biological functions and excellent biological performances in a biomaterial such as biomineralization and the like and can be used in the tissue engineering fields such as absorbent cottons, artificial skins, micro-patches and the like.
