Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a silk fibroin bionic porous scaffold, which comprises the steps of: dissolving silk fibroin in an organic solvent, preparing a silk fibroin solution, and then adding acetone to form a gel solution; adding a pore forming agent to the obtained gel solution, uniformly mixing the materials, and then transferring a mixture to a supercritical drying device for supercritical drying treatment; immersing the obtained product in alcohol, and then drying the materials to obtain the silk fibroin bionic porous scaffold. The silk fibroin bionic porous scaffold obtained by the invention has coexisting macroporous and microporous characteristics, high porosity and a coarse nanofiber network interlaced structure which allows cell adhesion, and can simulate the microenvironment of an extracellular matrix and help to promote cell adhesion and proliferation; and the preparation process is green and environmentally friendly, does not use high temperature, and can avoid problems such as residual organic solvents; and the obtained silk fibroin bionic porous scaffold can be widely applied in the fields of artificial skin scaffolds, artificial nerve scaffolds, bone tissue engineering scaffolds and the like.
