Abstract
The invention discloses a silicon plastid microcapsule and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method for the silicon plastid microcapsule comprises the following steps: (1), dissolving organic-inorganic composite lipid in organic solvent, and removing the organic solvent by rotary evaporation to form a lipid membrane; (2), adding a template microsphere solution which is uniform in grain size to the lipid membrane for incubation; (3), carrying out a water-bath ultrasonic process to the mixed solution acquired in step (2); (4), stewing the solution at room temperature after the ultrasonic process, and forming a silicate shell layer on the surface of the template microsphere; and (5), removing the template microsphere which is coated with the organic-inorganic composite lipid on the surface to acquire the silicon plastid microcapsule. According to the invention, micron-size microsphere is used as a template and organic-inorganic lipid is used as a capsule wall material to prepare the silicon plastid microcapsule which is uniform and controllable in grain size, stable in property and dispersible. The method has a simple process, gentle operation conditions, good repeatability and can be extensively applied to such fields as packaging of active substance, a drug delivery system, embedding and catalytic reaction of enzyme, ultrasonic contrast agent, tissue engineering and the like.
