Abstract
The invention discloses a shell powder reinforced polylactic acid wire as well as a preparation method and 3D (Three-Dimensional) printing thereof. The shell powder reinforced polylactic acid wire isprepared from the following raw materials: 44 to 98 parts of polylactic acid, 0.5 to 40 parts of shell powder, 0 to 10 parts of modifier, 0.5 to 2 parts of lubricant and 0.5 to 5 parts of intercalatedclay. The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps: dedusting, smashing, drying, sieving and modifying a shell material; then mixing treated shell powder with the polylactic acid,the lubricant and the intercalated clay; extruding the mixed powder by adopting an extruder, thus obtaining a 3D printing wire; carrying out 3D printing on the 3D printing wire. Parts in different purposes can be printed through regulating technological parameters, not only conventional entity parts can be formed, but also porous parts in which micropores which communicated with each other are formed and of which the porosity and the mechanical property are controllable can be formed, and higher application value in aspect of tissue engineering is obtained; compared with an original polylactic acid printing sample, a sample obtained by adopting the 3D printing of the shell powder reinforced polylactic acid wire has better mechanical strength and higher heat resistance.
