Abstract

According to the present invention, DMSO, animal serum and other commonly used cryopreservation solution components are discarded, an alpha-MEM base culture liquid is used as a matrix, and is combined with high safety propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, vitamin C and glutamine, such that the potential chemical toxicity of DMSO to cells is avoided, and the contamination risk of serum-borne animal-borne pathogens and viruses is avoided; by using the cryopreservation solution, the tissue engineering bone cryopreservation effect is good, and the cell survival rate after resuscitation is high; after cryopreservation for 12 weeks, the tissue engineering bone frozen by the cryopreservation solution of the present invention has the following characteristics that the cell survival rate after resuscitation is more than 90%, the cell proliferation is not changed, and the osteogenic differentiation phenotype is maintained.
