Abstract
The invention relates to sericin/oxidized graphene composite hdyrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: blending a methacrylic anhydride modified sericin solution and oxidized graphene, then adding a photoinitiator and performing crosslinking under ultraviolet irradiation to prepare sericin/oxidized graphene composite hydrogel withgood mechanical property and osteogenic induction performance. The prepared sericin/oxidized graphene composite hydrogel has the advantages of good biocompatibility and biodegradability, high mechanical strength and osteogenic induction and application to the aspects of medicine and cell carrying, tissue engineering repairing and the like.
