Abstract
The invention discloses a self-rotation cleaning device used for cleaning the bracket of photocuring tissue engineering. The self-rotation cleaning device is composed of an outer shell, an inner shell, a workpiece rotation system, an ultrasonic cleaning system and a fluid filling system, wherein the inner shell is arranged in the outer shell in the horizontal direction; a cylindrical cavity is formed in the inner shell; a sealed cap detachably connected with the inner shell is arranged at one end of the inner shell, and the other end of the inner shell is sealed; the workpiece rotation systemis arranged in the cavity, is used for fixing a to-be-cleaned cleaned piece and utilizes the kinetic energy of fluid to realize self rotation of the cleaned piece; the ultrasonic cleaning system provides mechanical energy for cleanout fluid of the inner shell, so that tiny bubbles are generated in the cleanout fluid and strip residual resin attached to the surface of the cleaned piece through continuous vibration and bursting; on one hand, the fluid filling system provides power for self rotation of the cleaned piece; and on the other hand, the fluid filling system continuously conveys the cleanout fluid to the interior of the cleaned piece, so that the cleanout fluid is transported out after cleaning.
