Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological medical materials and specifically relates to a self-repair electroactive hydrogel and application thereof. The self-repair electroactive hydrogel disclosed by the invention is prepared by interaction between the electroactive macromolecule and a cross-linking agent. The electroactive macromolecule is water-soluble macromolecule, and a main chain or a lateral chain of the electroactive macromolecule contains conductive macromolecule oligomer. The interaction between the electroactive macromolecule and the cross-linking agent is one ortwo of physical non-covalent bond and chemical covalent bond. The physical non-covalent bond is hydrogen bond, hydrophobic interaction, electrostatic interaction, pi-pi accumulation, host-guest interaction or supramolecular interaction. The chemical covalent bond is one or several of acylhydrazone bond, imine bond, disulfide bond, borate, trisulfide ester and DA reversible covalent bond radical. The self-repair electroactive hydrogel disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good electroactivity, biocompatibility, self-repair property and very large application space in the biomedical fields of drug carrying, tissue engineering and the like.
