Self-healing shape memory porous scaffold with biological activity and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a self-healing shape memory porous scaffold with biological activity and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that a cross-linked network of a first polymeric material is used as a stationary phase, crystals of a second polymeric material are used as a revertible phase, and the biological activity is endowed to the scaffold through micromolecular compounds which are chemically bonded. The scaffold simulates a natural cartilage tissue structure through a three-dimensional porous network with a bionic structure, and anenvironment and conditions are provided for formation and proliferation of new cartilage cells. The structure is controllable, the preparation process is simple, slow release of the micromolecular compounds can be achieved by regulating degradation, a promoting effect on development of the cell-free minimally invasive tissue engineering technology for achieving cartilage repair is achieved, and theoretical and practical bases are laid for clinical application of the technology.
