Abstract

The invention relates to a self-healing biologically-friendly aquagel with excellent mechanical properties. The gel is composed of double networks, namely a first nano composite network and a second network, wherein the first nano composite network is formed by carrying out freezing-thawing on polyvinyl alcohol, four-arm polyethyleneglycol, four-arm carboxyl polyethyleneglycol and graphene oxide; and the second network is formed by photoinitiating crosslinking on acrylic acid and acrylamide by using an organic crosslinking agent. The gel has the characteristics of excellent mechanical strength, excellent biocompatibility, self healing property, simple preparation technique and high morphological stability, and can be applied to the fields of biomedicine and tissue engineering.
