Abstract
The present invention relates to a microfiber generated by combining PEG with nanoparticles, which use self-assembling properties of tropoelastin extracted from human fat, and the tropoelastin and by inducing PEGylation by self-assembling. The nanoparticles and the microfiber can be prepared simply compared to a conventional technique. The nanoparticles and the microfiber can be used as drug delivering agents, tissue engineering agents, and biosensors.
