Abstract
The methods and compositions described herein relate to novel 3-dimensional porous scaffolds useful for tissue regeneration, enhancement, or tissue repair. Electrospinning or other methods are used to create mats comprised of fibers that can be seeded with cells and subsequently rolled into a desired shape/form to replace a desired tissue.
