Abstract
PURPOSE: A structure for tissue regeneration and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, in which the structure is designed using water-soluble material including collagen, alginate and the like. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a structure for tissue regeneration comprises: a process of manufacturing a three-dimensional structure by keeping the surface temperature of a stage for placing material on the upper part thereof at from minus 40 to 0 deg.C and spraying material to the upper part; and a process of freeze-drying the manufactured three-dimensional structure. In the three-dimensional structure manufacturing process, the stage surface temperature is from minus 40 to minus 20 deg.C.
