Abstract
The invention relates to a scaffold for tissue engineering composed of a meshed framework and a sponge body and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of medical apparatus and instruments. The scaffold for tissue engineering is composed of a meshed framework and a sponge body, wherein the meshed framework is made of silk threads without sericin or absorbable sutures and has a knitted structure of the silk threads or absorbable sutures; the sponge body is compounded of silk fibroin and polyvinyl alcohol according to a mass ratio of 1/9-1/1; the sponge body fills in pores of the meshed framework and coats the outer part of the meshed framework. The scaffold for tissue engineering has a uniform microstructure and good biocompatibility, provides a matrix structure of tissue cell growth and meets the requirements on stability of mechanical property and later natural disappearing in the initial stage of implanting the scaffold for tissue engineering into a human body. The preparation method of the scaffold for tissue engineering is simple and convenient to operate, and is suitable for preparing various scaffolds for tissue engineering of different shapes and mechanical properties.
