Abstract

The present invention relates to a cell scaffold for regenerating astrocytes comprising cellulose acetate nanofibers and a producing method thereof. The cell scaffold for regenerating astrocytes comprising cellulose acetate nanofibers according to the present invention is possible to regenerate the astrocytes by being intended in the astrocyte-specific state for transplantation or treatment due to changing cells by only changing physical strength without chemical change and chemical treatment, has excellent effects of having no cytotoxicity against the astrocytes and increasing cell adhesion, viability and expression level of glial filament acidic protein (GFAP) in astrocytes, and thus can be helpfully used as the cell scaffold for tissue engineering in a variety of fields.
