Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an easy observation in the vicinity of the surface of a substrate material enabling the interaction between cells and the substrate material to be precisely analyzed in particular in the fields such as tissue engineering and cell technology. ;SOLUTION: A vessel 7 is formed by furnishing a flange 2′ on the inner circumferential rim of the opening 2 at the bottom, placing a sample substrate 3 on the flange 2′, screwing bolts 6 into the substrate 3 to clamp and fix the substrate 3 via packings and cylindrical parts 16 to serve the sample substrate 3 as the bottom wall, thus enabling a sample put on the surface of the substrate 3 to be observed. ;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
