Abstract
The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering, in particular to a rotation culture chamber and a rotation pulsation culture system. The rotation culture chamber is used for culturing an artificial blood vessel in a rotation manner, and comprises a frame component, a communicating component, a driving component and a transmission component, wherein the artificial blood vessel is mounted on the frame component in a rotation manner; the communicating component is communicated with an external channel of the frame component so as to communicate fluid; the driving component is used for providing rotation driving force for rotating the artificial blood vessel; the transmission component is used for transmitting the rotation driving force to the artificial blood vessel. The invention further provides a rotation pulsation culture system with the rotation culture chamber. Therefore, by adopting the rotation culture chamber and the rotation pulsation culture system with the rotation culture chamber, periodic mechanical stress stimulation can be provided for the artificial blood vessel in the artificial blood vessel culture process, the artificial blood vessel can be subjected to dynamic culture, and thus cells can be uniformly spread on the surface of the artificial blood vessel.
